Why is it november 1 and 2 is not an legal holiday this year?
Answer: November 1st (All Saints Day) and November 2nd (All Souls Day) are not legal holidays period.
They both are religious viewed holidays. In which if they were legal, people who did not have the same beliefs would feel offended and start a big thing.
